Cancellation policy

Innovatra Solutions Private Limited, We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, here's what you need to know:  

Cancellation Period  

You have up to [48] hours from the time you place your order to cancel it. Once this period has passed and the order moves into processing, cancellations may no longer be possible.  

Cancellation Process  

Canceling your order is simple. Log in to your vintagez account, navigate to your order history, locate the order you wish to cancel, and click the cancel button. If it’s within the cancellation period, the process will be completed with ease.  

Refunds for Canceled Orders  

If you cancel your order within the permitted time frame, we will process your refund. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method.  

Exceptions  

Some items may be non-cancellable or non-refundable due to their nature. These exceptions will be clearly indicated in the product description.  

Changes to Orders  

If you need to adjust your order, we’re unable to make changes once it’s been placed. Instead, we recommend canceling the original order within the allowed period and placing a new order with the updated details.
